Sheila Rena is an expert in bank regulatory obligation to protect their customers from fraud and scams. She has previously held numerous senior leadership positions in financial services and has worked in the financial conduct authority, F.B.I and technology companies.
Having seen how many bank’s where failing to support victims of scam, She set up A.R.S Team to help victim’s when they need it the most.

Our founding team is made up of people who’ve worked at the Financial Conduct Authority, the Financial Ombudsman Service, in banking and in tech. We are experts in banking regulation and the Financial Ombudsman Service’s approach to fraud cases.
